By accepting a price estimate and booking, you agree to the terms supplied with that estimate. Quotes are based on the collection and delivery addresses, declared items, requested crew and information you provide.

Timing and access

Arrival and completion times can be affected by traffic, access and circumstances outside the company’s control. Parking costs, congestion charges and other job-specific costs should be confirmed when booking.

Goods and liability

Tell the team about fragile, unusually heavy, valuable or hazardous items in advance. The complete contractual terms issued with your estimate govern the booking; contact the office before accepting if anything is unclear.
